Xandro Peña presents Mar Abierto - XL, an original acrylic painting on canvas (95 x 75 cm, 2026) signed handwritten in the bottom right, unique, unframed and rolled, with certificate of authenticity included.
Description from the seller
Open Sea
95 x 75 cm
Acrylic on canvas
One-of-a-kind work. Signed in the lower right corner.
Description of the work
In Mar Abierto, Xandro articulates the pictorial surface through a sequence of color fields that intertwine without obvious hierarchies. The composition is built from large organic shapes and horizontal bands that suggest movement and expansion, evoking the breadth of marine space without resorting to a literal representation.
Blue acts as a structural axis, cutting through the plane and linking the various color blocks. Reds, yellows, and violets are arranged in tension against darker areas, creating contrasts that engage the eye and reinforce the sense of movement within the plane.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The artwork is created with high-pigment professional acrylic on canvas.
The 95 x 75 cm format is suitable for mounting on a frame with a recommended depth of 2.5 cm.
Each piece is made entirely by hand in the artist's studio.
Packaging and Shipping
The artwork is shipped without a frame, carefully rolled to guarantee its safety. It is adequately protected and placed inside a rigid tube made of sturdy cardboard.
The maximum preparation time after payment confirmation is three business days. Delivery time will depend on the destination.
Certificate of authenticity included.
Invoice available upon request.
