​The Creative Process: From Matter to Illusion
The work arises from a complex technical and artistic challenge:
The Physical Sculpture (Genesis): The artist initially models a physical sculpture (the "Head") using exclusively mixed materials.
Transposition and 3D Layering: After the sculptural phase, the work is photographed and transformed through a layered Plexiglas print. Thanks to a combination of precision mechanical processes and manual refinements, the image regains depth, returning to the viewer the three-dimensional power of the original sculpture.
