The Chinese zodiac is a twelve-year cycle in which each year is associated with a specific animal.
These animals are, in order: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig.
How it works:
Each animal rules for one year in the cycle, after which the cycle starts over.
Your birth year determines your zodiac sign.
Each animal has specific character traits and meanings.
The cycle also combines with the five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), which creates a 60-year cycle.
Cultural significance: The Chinese zodiac is deeply rooted in Chinese culture and is used for astrology, determining auspicious dates for important events, and predicting personality traits and compatibility between people.
The statues are in good used condition with signs of aging. (See photos)
