Description from the seller

The ‘Brides de Gala’ (Carré) designed by Hugo Grygkar - is a Hermès iconic heritage scarf. The scarf is in good condition. (There is a small stain which you can see in the last picture).

The design (1957) was inspired by a rare harness from Emile Hermès’ private collection. The design is a kind of acknowledgment of Hermès’ original destiny as a saddler and harness maker. For nearly 70 years Hermès has continuously reinvented the ‘Brides de Gala’ design ’through contemporary interpretations.
