This image works like a view behind the facade – not of a house, but of a person. "Inner Architecture" tells of what sustains us, shapes us, and sometimes also tilts us. Of layers that have piled up over time: experiences, decisions, wounds, hopes.

The clear surfaces and angular forms recall walls and supports. They give stability. Yet between them colors break through – vibrant, contradictory, intense. They stand for feelings that cannot always be arranged. For thoughts that go off course. For life that doesn’t fit into perfect lines.

Some areas appear covered, others seem to shine through. Like in us: not everything is visible, much remains hidden – and yet it influences the whole. The transparencies and overlays tell of how the past and present interlock.

"Inner Architecture" invites you to question your own static: What gives me support? Where are my bearing columns? And where might something be rebuilt anew?

It is a painting about stability and change – about the fact that we are not rigid buildings, but living constructions in constant reconstruction.

Biografia:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with emotions, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and interstices that often can only be expressed in color and motion.
I paint out of passion. For me, it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at once.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm you need a stretcher of size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original which has been signed by the artist on the back and dated to the year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were used on a multi-times white-primed gallery canvas.

To protect the work, a varnish was also applied.

This work is handmade and thus unique!
