Beautiful decorative desk set with clock.
France circa 1920

Vintage wooden desk set (clock) with a built-in storage box. In colonial or Edwardian style from the early 20th century. But also with Art Deco influences.

Features of the object
Design: The clock has a classic "Napoleon hat" or stepped wooden frame that is attached to a rectangular wooden chest.

Functionality: The base serves as a storage box, historically often used for writing implements such as pens or ink.

It measures 19 cm high, 30.5 cm wide, and 14.5 cm deep. In good condition, of course with signs of use. One of the four clips of the clock is missing. The clock has been replaced in the past and works well on AA battery.
