XTC created the sculpture titled “Mc Caviar Tiffany” (2026), a mixed-media piece in bois, verre and plastique, hand-signed, edition 10/15, dimensions 25 × 18 × 18 cm, originating from France, with a glass cloche and a COA provided, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Cornet de Mc Caviar x Tiffany with mother-of-pearl spoon by XTC.
Détournement of a McDonald’s cone, the crossing of luxury and mass consumption.
This isn’t a McDonald’s paper cone; everything has been created from plastics and painted by XTC, except the genuine mother-of-pearl spoon.
The glass dome is an integral part of the work.
Signed and numbered below out of 15, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The photographed piece is not necessarily the one that will be shipped.
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has evolved into a passion that needed to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement, through the détourning of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermes, Veuve Clicquot champagne, or even Caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, mixing painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, and advertising and addictions in general.
All potential flaws or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
