This is a genuine 1000g caviar box from a recovery, with a torn Hermes label effect entirely hand-painted (no sticker!). And fake caviar with gold rhinestones.
The lid is not fixed so as to present the work in different ways: box open or closed with the lid resting to the side, up to you to modify the artwork according to your wishes.
The piece is presented on a black 10 mm thick plexiglass (PMMA, Perspex) pedestal for a glossy, flawless finish.

Signed and numbered on the base as 8 + 4EA, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.

Born in 1978 in central France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration became a passion that was to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the subversion of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity expresses itself through the bold staging of icons of popular consumption, which he makes clash with the world of luxury and Street Art, further blurring the tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, combining painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All potential defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work; the caviar box is a recovered piece and bears signs of use and opening.
