Description from the seller

With the series PROTIDENSCHWARM, I develop an abstract visual language that translates microbiological and swarm-like structures into controlled gestural systems. The works combine impulsive color interventions with clear formal organization. Despite a dynamic surface, a closed, all-over structured image plane emerges without hierarchy. The series is conceived as an ongoing body of work and follows a reduced, deliberately chosen color palette.

Artist Statement:
In my work I am interested in the moment when movement becomes form. Color, for me, is not a representation but an event that unfolds in space, concentrates, and then dissolves again. In the disorder of chance lies the possibility of the unexpectedly beautiful; precisely in this tension between control and letting go, my paintings arise.
