Pannonia Engine for Sale.

Crankcases stamped 8897 on each case at front engine mounting lug.
Fully re-built with :-
New connecting rod with crank bearing and big end pin and new small end bush.
All crankshaft main bearings replaced.
All gearbox bearings replaced.
All crankshaft lip seals replaced.
All gearbox lip seals replaced.
Kick start and gearchange shaft o rings replaced.
Standard cylinder bore in good order as is piston. Rings and circlips replaced.
New cylinder head gasket.
All new gaskets used.
New primary chain fitted.
New clutch friction plates fitted.
New plug lead heat shield fitted along with new sealing gasket rubber into timing case.
New Speedometer cable cover exit seal.
New engine casing screws on both casings.
Very good compression.
Both exhaust port threads are in good order as are spark plug threads.
Kickstart shaft location in crankcase is in good order. Bronze bushed.
Gear and Kick Start shaft splines in good order. Not perfect but levers fit tight.
Gear Change lever alloy and kickstart lever painted not chromed. New rubbers on both.
Gears change as required and indicator works correctly.
This TLF has Neutral Gear all down and then gears 1 to 4 up. NO position indicator.
Comes with original Generator/points set and rotor but NOT Guaranteed to be functional.
All bolts are fitted with threadlock, and where applicable also with locking fold over plates and double centre punched.
No cracks in mountings or cases.
No missing or damaged fins on cylinder head and barrell.
Engine is not polished. I prefer sympathetic restoration.
No Carburettor.

Have receipts for all new parts. Have built four of these engines. Marked copy receipts will be with engine. Some Euro 350.00 on new parts alone. Never mind rebuild time.

Buyer to collect from Viterbo or arrange for collection at buyer cost. Customs or import costs to buyer cost and responsibility. Weight is approx 35 kilos.
