Monika Kwarciak's original mixed‑media painting Frozen Lakes IV (2025), 70 × 50 cm, signed with a certificate of authenticity, created with natural pigments and acrylics on heavy canvas, ready to hang in white, grey, black, blue and purple tones.
Description from the seller
The painting was created using natural pigments and acrylic paints. I prepare all pigments by hand. The texture of the painting was formed from sand and acrylic. The whole thing was coated with a matte spray varnish. The paintings have hooks mounted on the back and are ready to hang. The edges are protected with black paint.
***
For each painting I include a certificate of authenticity.
The actual colors of the painting may differ slightly from those shown in the photos (due to natural daylight and a bright room – they will be more intense).
Differences also depend on individual monitor/screen settings (I edit the photos on an iPhone SE 2020).
My paintings are made on thick canvases (380 g/m²), on stretchers made from strong battens 20x35 mm with an additional crossbar 15x30 mm, making the artwork sturdy and stable.

"Monika Kwarciak is a painter and engineer from Poland, creating paintings using natural, hand-prepared pigments from clay, sands, rocks, earth, coal and ash.
Her paintings have appeared in auction houses in Wrocław, Bydgoszcz and Warsaw and at exhibitions in Poland and Germany. Her works are in the hands of collectors across Europe and are characterized by unique textures and colors.
The artist has always valued the uniqueness of what is at hand; her paintings are primarily about emotions. It is a respect for Nature and for how many textures and colors one can create on canvas thanks to it."
