Description from the seller
Born in 1994, Lyse has always been drawn to the world of art and creativity. From a very young age, she found a way to express her emotions and ideas through various artistic forms.
Her passion for art led her to study visual arts, where she deepened her technical skills at the ESA in Tourcoing.
It was during her studies that Lyseopaïne discovered linocut, a technique that rapidly captivated her imagination. She was fascinated by the creation process, from the initial drawing to the final print. Linocut allows her to explore a range of themes, but more generally figurative ones.
Lyseopaïne's work is characterized by dynamic motifs and thoughtful compositions, often inspired by daily life. She enjoys experimenting with forms, always seeking to create pieces that resonate with the viewer.
Since graduation, Lyse has needed to recharge, yet she has participated in several group exhibitions. She now wishes to pass on her passion to others and imagine a new future for this sometimes-forgotten art.
