Description:
“Scarlet Fields – No. 1” opens a new series of vibrant, modern landscapes in which bright red poppies take center stage. The strong contrast between the intense scarlet of the flowers, the lush green meadows, and the cool sky gives the work a powerful visual presence.
The dense foreground with dynamically placed blooms creates depth and movement, while the softly modeled hills in the background form a calm, harmonious balance. The interplay of color, light, and rhythm generates an energetic, summery atmosphere.
The photographic representation serves only as an interior example. The original canvas dimensions stated in the text are decisive.
This work is particularly suitable for modern living spaces, dining areas, or generous spaces where a bold, color-rich accent is desired.
About the artist
Alla Faber lives and works in Hamburg. For several years she has devoted herself to abstract and modern painting, creating large-scale works that balance rest and movement, structure and lightness.
Her preferred materials are acrylic paints, texture gels, and metal foils – combined in fine, often multi-layered compositions. Through delicate transitions, harmonious color graduations, and light reflections, her pictures do not dominate the space but fill it with a quiet presence.
Her artistic practice follows the concept “So sounds the silence” – a painterly exploration of the moment between sound and silence.
Exhibitions & Collections:
Her works have been exhibited in, among others, “Hamburg Shows Art,” at Galerie Jupiter, and in several HASPA branches. Her works are in private collections in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the USA, and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
