Antonio Sciacca (1957) with the title IL SOLDATO METROPOLISTA taken from a work by Mattia Preti.
Description: painting in XL size format.
Oil painting - Hand-signed - 1995
Spectacular painting by the master of metropolitanism Antonio Sciacca, measuring XL 140x100, sold without a frame. I note that the painting is part of the metropolitanism current, a movement created by the master Nico Paladini, Antonio Sciacca, Carlos Grippo, Timur Kerim Incedayi, Mirko Pagliacci, with Achille Bonito Oliva as critic.
This painting by master Antonio Sciacca titled IL SOLDATO METROPOLISTA belonging to the metropolitanism current, of giant dimensions, complete with an authenticity certificate on photo, of rare beauty and rare availability considering that the paintings of the metropolitanism current are the most sought-after and the most expensive of his production. This subject in particular is unobtainable on the web. Indeed I state with conviction that these paintings are now unobtainable as well as certainly an investment. I also recall that the maestro boasts two Venice Biennales in his long artistic career. Some historical notes: METROPOLISMO, the Other History, curated by Achille Bonito Oliva, Scuderie di Palazzo Ruspoli, March 24 – April 2, 2012. Friday, March 23, 2012, at 6:00 PM, inaugurates in Rome at the Scuderie di Palazzo Ruspoli the exhibition
