Andrea Loria is an Italian painter whose work develops around the landscape conceived as a visual experience and memory. His works arise from observing real places, subsequently reworked in the studio through a process of formal synthesis, in which color and structure become the central elements of the composition.
Through material fields and chromatic stratifications, Loria builds spaces suspended between figuration and abstraction, where reality is transformed into rhythm, light and atmosphere. His painting is characterized by a balance between gesture and control, maintaining a contemporary dialogue with the European landscape tradition.
NB: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy, shipping-ready tube. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
