The subject of the auction is an original oil painting titled "Połów dorsza" (Cod Fishing), painted in 2026. The work is characterized by an extraordinary atmosphere – the author has perfectly captured the mood of a sea voyage at dawn or dusk. The central point of the composition is a fishing boat, around which seagulls swirl, giving the scene dynamism.

About the artist – Artur Sudak
Born in 1965. Self-taught painter, graphic artist.
He completed a study of painting and drawing at the Curso Práctico de Dibujo y Pintura Larousse. He works in many styles, but he is especially fond of realism, romanticism, and the classical aesthetics inspired by the tradition of École des Beaux-Arts.
He has over 2000 paintings, which are mainly in private collections in Poland and abroad.

May 2022 – outdoor painting exhibition, Wilanów Art Center
February 2023 – opening "Nic o sobie, czyli sur-realizm, alla prima" (Nothing About Oneself, i.e., surrealism, alla prima), Wilanów Art Center, Warsaw
