Loris Coccione’s Sinfonia cellulare (2026) is a contemporary polymer sculpture on a high‑density XPS panel with gypsum and epoxy resin, measuring 50 by 40 cm with a 5 cm depth, hand‑signed and framed in a minimalist black frame, crafted in Italy and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
"Cellular Symphony" represents a vibrant exploration of organic forms and material contrasts. The artwork is created on a high-density XPS panel worked by hand, where a sun-yellow surface is interrupted by deep excavations that reveal bright red "cells" and gaps filled with deep-blue resin.
The contrast between the opaque, material yellow and the glassy luster of the resin creates a play of reflections and depth that evokes biological structures seen under a microscope or maps of unexplored territories. The choice of primary colors gives the piece modern energy and a strong visual impact, making it a central work for contemporary environments.
Technical Details:
Dimensions: 50 x 40 cm.
Technique: Polymer relief sculpture in XPS, plaster, stucco, epoxy resin and water-based metallic/fluorescent paints on MDF and glass backing.
Finish: UV-protective coating for chromatic stabilization.
Frame: The piece is supplied with a minimalist black frame that defines its chromatic boundaries.
