This convertible brooch-turned-pendant, crafted in 18k gold and silver, features elegant filigree and chiseling work, with a harmonious design and careful decoration.

At the top there is a natural pearl, while on the sides two small diamond insets appear, adding sparkle and refinement to the composition.

The central image is a female miniature executed in enamel, worked with great delicacy and wealth of detail, conferring to the piece an intimate and decorative character.

This is a piece of French origin, datable to the late 19th to early 20th century (c. 1880–1910).
