Description from the seller

A curated three-piece set of Japanese wood-fired ceramics from the 1970–1980 period: two flower vases and one Bizen sake bottle (tokkuri).

Each work reveals natural ash glaze, goma spotting and hi-iro fire markings created during high-temperature wood firing. The surfaces display organic transitions of brown, grey and golden tones, shaped directly by flame and kiln atmosphere.

Dimensions:

Vase 1: Height 19.5 cm × Width 9.5 cm × Depth 9.5 cm

Vase 2: Height 21 cm × Width 10 cm × Depth 10 cm

Tokkuri: Height 13 cm × Width 10 cm × Depth 10 cm

Original signed wooden boxes included.

Condition

Good.
Minor natural kiln marks and age-appropriate wear consistent with wood-fired stoneware. No visible cracks or repairs.

Shipping
