Description from the seller

Antique mesh (chainmail) coin purse, probably from the late 19th or early 20th century, a period when purses of this style were especially popular for ladies. The red cabochon button suggests an elegant finish, characteristic of chatelaine purses, which were sometimes worn on a belt or chain and seen as luxury accessories for women during the Victorian and Edwardian eras.

Length 7 cm
Width 5 cm
Open diameter 5 cm
55 grams

There are a few loose beads (see photos); the clasp is good.

Carefully packed and sent by registered mail.
