Direct Line presents an intimate portrait suspended between closeness and distance. The figure holds a pink phone to the face, in a gesture that suggests listening, expectation and vulnerability. The close framing intensifies the relationship between skin, object and gaze, transforming the act of communicating into an emotional and almost physical territory.

The blue background, marked by graphic layers and pictorial gestures, contrasts with the precision of the portrait and introduces a tension between the human and the artificial, between visual noise and the clarity of direct contact.
