Secret is a series composed of six luminous sculptures, each presented as a unique piece. At first glance they appear as boxes of uniform color — blue, turquoise, olive, pink, brown and purple — quiet, opaque, almost hermetic surfaces. Nothing within them betrays what they keep.
Produced in PLA and containing a USB LED strip inside, these sculptures operate on a threshold between concealment and revelation. When turned off, they stay closed on themselves, minimalist, enigmatic. The moment the light is switched on, however, something changes: a female face emerges from the interior of the matter, as if latent, waiting for the right moment to be seen.
The act of turning on the light becomes an act of discovery. The secret is not in the exterior form, but in what only manifests through the light — an element that penetrates the material, dissolves opacity, and exposes the hidden image. Each color subtly alters the perception of the face, suggesting multiple identities, emotional states, or possible narratives.
Secret proposes a reflection on what we choose to show and hide, on intimacy, memory, and feminine identity as a presence that resists immediate gaze. They are sculptures that do not offer themselves completely: they require time, curiosity, and participation. The secret only reveals itself to those who decide to turn on the light.
