Michael Fantozzi, Little Light Fish #8, a 2026 original framed LED sculpture in Pop Art style, 25 x 25 cm and 2 kg, depicting animals, hand-signed, made with mosaic, pastels, acrylics, mixed media and spray varnish, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Michael Fantozzi is an international artist and the original creator of the sarcastic clay fish that are taking the world by storm.
From his renowned artistic research emerges now “Little Light Fish,” a new series of LED-lit works: unique sculptures that combine craftsmanship, light, and visual poetry. Each piece is handmade without the use of molds, making every creation one-of-a-kind.
Made with high-quality materials—from clay to acrylics, to rhinestones that add light and preciousness—Michael Fantozzi’s works are today sold and collected around the world.
Each work is titled, numbered, and signed, and is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. It comes complete with a frame and plexiglass and is ready to be hung. Shipping is done with protective packaging to ensure maximum safety during transport.
Large-scale works have been exhibited at the Milan Biennale, the Rome Biennale, the Florence Biennale, and in numerous shows throughout Europe.
The artist has also been awarded in Montecitorio as Italian Excellence Abroad, a recognition that testifies to the international impact of his work.
His creations carry a powerful and timely message about pollution, particularly marine pollution. Through his fish decorated with symbolic objects such as cigarettes, chewing gum, bottles, and musical instruments, the artist gives a voice to marine animals, silent victims of human impact. The visual language is ironic, provocative, and deeply reflective, inviting an urgent and necessary awakening.
