No location. No location, circa 1955. Borderless reference photograph, taken from the French film of 1955. One is a close-up of the actress Brigitte Bardot seated with the director René Clair. French agency stamp on the reverse.
Clair's first color film, largely inspired by his childhood. A French womanizer lieutenant bets he can seduce a woman before the start of the regiment’s summer maneuvers, only to discover that his target, a Parisian divorcee, is not like the others.
Photographs of varying dimensions: from 26 x 18 cm to 26 x 16.5 cm. Very good overall condition.
