Description from the seller
My work is not just a representation of an icon; it is the intersection where mechanical nostalgia meets contemporary expression. By bringing the Gundam figure into the realm of modern art, I seek to decontextualize the machine to reveal its essence: a symbol of resilience, engineering, and futuristic aesthetics.
Elevated Pop Culture: I take elements from classic mecha and transform them through textures and brushstrokes that break the barrier between fandom and high culture.
Visual Dialogue: It is a piece that speaks to both the contemporary art collector and the enthusiast of Japanese storytelling.
Unique Piece: More than a painting, it is a statement of intent about how modern myths of the 20th and 21st centuries define our visual landscape today.
"In a world saturated with digital images, the physical stroke on the canvas returns the robot to its humanity."
Details:
Investment: I am in a stage of artistic growth and projection. Acquiring one of my works now is an opportunity, as, as my career progresses, my pieces will appreciate in value and increase their price.
I am a Spanish artist trained at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Florence Academy. My work has been exhibited internationally in spaces such as Galería de Oro and Kitu Galería (Quito, Ecuador), and I sell work internationally through specialized platforms and auction houses.
