Description from the seller
"Multicolor Knot" condenses a tension between order and paradox: a closed system where each element depends on the other to sustain itself, as if stability were born precisely from internal conflict. The structure suggests infinite continuity, a circuit without origin or end, closer to the idea of process than that of an object. There are no hierarchies, only relationships: everything is support and, at the same time, load.
It can be read in dialogue with M. C. Escher's spatial illusions and with the formal economy of minimalist the work of Ellsworth Kelly or Frank Stella, where painting asserts itself as physical presence and structural thought. It does not seek to narrate or represent, but to pose a perceptual problem: how can something be coherent and, at the same time, impossible.
On a metaphysical plane, entanglement functions as a metaphor of being: identity as network, not as an isolated unity. Each part exists only in relation to the others, suggesting an ontology of interdependence where matter, time and consciousness form a single knot. The piece thus points to a broader intuition: reality is not a set of separate things, but a continuous fabric that we barely perceive as fragmented.
About MUMA:
MUMA is an artistic duo formed by a Generalist 3D, and a Designer, and a Art Historian, all trained at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid. Their artistic practice focuses on the plastic arts, with special interest in color, movement and the dynamism of forms, as well as variations of the environment. Their work is conceived to integrate into space and establish a direct dialogue with routine and human experience, exploring a vital vision linked to the ideals of impressionism, such as the relationship with nature, color, and changing environments. MUMA is connected to the professional world of digital and plastic arts in Madrid, with participation in competitions.
About preparation, packaging and shipping of the work:
The work is hand-signed by the artistic duo and comes with a certificate of authenticity also signed by them.
