Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired By Organic Cherrywood Lapsang Tea 2025 is the fifth release in the Harmony Collection, a limited annual release series from Macallan dedicated to innovative and sustainable packaging. This edition is inspired by organic cherrywood Lapsang tea and pays homage to the rituals, refinement and remarkable depth of the world of tea. It has been created in collaboration with JING, producer of exceptional teas, with whom Macallan shares common values of reverence for nature, devotion to craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired By Organic Cherrywood Lapsang Tea 2025 matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, delivering a bold and deep rounded character with an aroma reminiscent of incense. A rich dark fruitiness, toffee and warming tannins on the palate are balanced by a smooth malty sweetness and sweet oak notes from the sherry-seasoned casks. The whisky is exquisitely rounded off with a wisp of smoke to reflect the innovative addition of cherrywood smoke to the tea leaves that inspires this single malt.
