Helmut Gerigk, born 1953, here is one original acrylic painting by the German artist, also called the German Dali. Here you can clearly see with every brushstroke the closeness to Salvador Dali. The artist Helmut Gerigk was born on March 14, 1953 in Wiesbaden as the son of the government director Walter Gerigk. His artistic talent was evident as early as primary school. Gerigk studied at the Wiesbaden Free Art School under Professor Becker. Gerigk was a co-founder of the street festival “Theatrium.” Gerigk often visited his friend Salvador Dali in Port Lligat / at his house. Gerigk is a recipient of the Salvador Dali Award and an honorary member of the Künstlergilde St. Lukas of Antwerp. Gerigk’s artworks are distributed worldwide and have been exhibited in over 100 shows worldwide.
Stil: Gerigk’s painting style represents classical Surrealism and is often described as the successor to Salvador Dali. His works are characterized by surreal, dreamlike motifs that often pay homage to Dali.
