Description from the seller
Marvelous Girl Series
Limited editions of 8 copies + 4 EA (artist's proofs) - Aluminum support (print on white vinyl affixed to 2 aluminum plates, back mounting, and front soft lamination resistant to UV and humidity). Certificate of authenticity
F2B studied at the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré in Paris.
Art Director, then Creative Director in an agency, F2B finds all his inspiration in brand identity. Free in his art from any advertising constraint, F2B takes pleasure in associating and distorting logotypes, icons and other mass-market emblems.
Two fundamental elements guide his creations: the use of the female body in advertising to sell, and the power that logos take in our urban environment. Through this association of ideas, he creates the “BrandBabes,” a kind of PinUp where logos dress the bodies of women. With the series "Marvelous Girl", this time it is the "Superheroes" who wrap the female silhouettes, thus creating new heroines.
