Erich Heckel lived in Radolfzell on Lake Constance and was a very well-known painter and graphic artist of Expressionism. The woodcut from 1912 was issued as a lithograph for the Expressionism exhibition at Galerie Nierendorf. The exhibition ran from June 12 to September 13, 1967.
Mounted on cardboard with slight dust specks at the edges.
