Amants — An intimate and ambiguous scene: two nude bodies intertwined (or a figure doubled through reflection) rest on a bench, with a head hanging down. The palette contrasts the warm tones of the skin with cool blues and greys, while soft light delicately models the chiaroscuro. Fragmented architectural elements — arches, cracked panels and translucent columns — break the composition and grant it a dreamlike, slightly melancholic air. An image that speaks of closeness, desire and emotional fragility.
Lovers — An intimate and ambiguous scene: two nude bodies intertwined (or a figure doubled through reflection) recline on a bench, with one head hanging upside down. The palette contrasts the warm tones of the skin with cool blues and greys, while soft light shapes the chiaroscuro with great delicacy. Amants, has been exhibited in a retrospective of the painter "Reminiscence" at the Castell de Montesquiu and recently at the Thomson Gallery (Switzerland).
The painter’s work, eclectic in theme, ranges from hyperrealism to realism and abstract. He moves from the classics to a point of contact with realism, with touches of hyperrealism and surrealism. Essentially, he has worked across various painting disciplines—murals, drawing, graphic design, etc.—as well as photography, sculpture and writing.
He has exhibited in Catalonia, Paris, Miami, and has works in private European collections in London, Scotland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Miami, France, Portugal, Hong Kong, etc..
This year 2025, he has exhibited several paintings in Miami, Paris, Cologne, Grenade, Palma de Mallorca, Switzerland, Berlin, Dubai.
