Small 10g fine gold bars as cast bars are a real rarity, as in this size almost only minted gold bars are offered.
The cast bars have a classic square cast bar design. Cast gold bars have the advantage over minted bars that the surface is more resistant to scratches. A gold bar produced by the casting process can be safely held in the hand to weigh the high specific weight of 99.99% pure gold in the hand, without fearing to damage the bar or affect it with fingerprints. Casting bars inherently have rounded edges and small solidification lines. This makes every Au bar a unique piece.

On the top side, the small 10g bars bear the Au Recyclinggold logo, on the bottom side the ESG logo with all markings required for investment gold (10g, Gold, 999.9), as well as the Melter Assayer stamping of the LBMA-certified German bar manufacturer.
