D - Uli, Todenkopf Blue, a hand-signed mixed media work using ultramarine blue pigments, 15 cm × 25 cm × 16 cm, from the Hommage a Yves Klein series, Germany, in good condition.
Description from the seller
Directly from the gallery "D uli - Arts"
This artwork is from the series "Hommage à Yves Klein"
Yves Klein was, along with Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons, one of the co-founders of Pop Art.
His unforgettable "Blue Quadrat" with the most beautiful and intense blue I have ever seen.
All objects have been painstakingly handcrafted by me.
The traces of manual workmanship are visible on the object and reflect the uniqueness of each individual piece.
Hand-signed
Art object in matte ultramarine blue
Ultramarine pigments create a matte, light-absorbing surface with a special recipe.
The less light in the room, the more intensely the blue appears to glow.
Sold without a tray
My artworks are showcased at art fairs such as Cologne, Dresden, Frankfurt, Paris, Luxembourg, Hamburg, Munich, Monaco, Lyon, Strasbourg ...
My Pop Art blends art and everyday life.
A fundamental characteristic of Pop Art is the often trivial objects from daily life, from popular culture, media and advertising.
The motifs used are torn from their original context, modified by me, and thereby given a new life as a "art object"
