Adriano Scioli - Relax

Hand-forged iron mini sculpture by an Abruzzese blacksmith. One of a kind. The sculpture depicts a woman lying on the trunk of a palm tree in total relaxation. The palm trunk, the woman and her hair are made of solid iron, shaped and hot-hammered. The palm leaves are made with formed iron sheet, hot-hammered. The costume is made with hand-cut copper sheet and welded. The base is solid iron with a signature on a plaque. Color: iron gray with golden shades.

Piece created by the artist, Adriano Scioli, a native of Guardiagrele, who has worked as a blacksmith for about thirty years. The artist has been awarded the badge "Artigianato artistico della provincia di Chieti" and was winner of the "Pezzi unici" competition in Lanciano.
