Arturo Carmassi (1925-2015) - Combustione gialla

Splendid work by the Tuscan artist born in Lucca in 1925 and who died in 2015 in Empoli, strongly influenced by the Neo-Cubist movements. After his move to Milan in 1952, he came into contact with the historical avant-garde of the period, and his works stand out for their informal character and surreal elements and combustions. A very famous artist, still undervalued, a sure investment, a great sculptor. The work is in perfect condition, 50x60 cm, sold with a frame. The piece comes directly from my personal collection.
