Papillons is an original oil painting by Yves Weiler (2022), a classical French work depicting a spring scene, measuring 65 cm high by 46 cm wide, signed by hand and in excellent condition, direct from the artists studio.
Description from the seller
In this oil painting, butterflies drift like light souls, messengers of metamorphosis and renewal. The bluish stems reach toward the sky, recalling the quiet yet inexhaustible force that drives all life to grow, to seek light.
The vibrant colors meet in a subtle harmony, where the fragility of living things is linked to a broader, almost cosmic dimension. Here, nature is not mere decor: it becomes a symbol of unity, of passage and ascent, between matter and spirit, between birth and eternity.
This work invites contemplation of the fleeting beauty of the world while sensing the infinity that inhabits it. It blends finesse and poetry, ideal for bringing a touch of serenity and elegance to an interior.
Trained from adolescence by a professional painter, Yves pursued painting schools, notably in Toulouse where he lives. Between 2021 and 2025, he received the Luxembourg Art Prize Artistic Merit Certificate for five consecutive years.
Provenance: directly from the artist's studio
The work will be carefully packaged by the artist himself to guarantee the canvas's integrity during transport and will be shipped promptly with tracking.
