BBQUEEN is the artistic alter ego of Rosita R., born in Rome, an Italian illustrator and street artist who has brought to life a colorful, funny, and deeply human universe. At the center of this world is Confused Cat, a black cat with enormous eyes and an eternally lost look — an icon of all the times we feel out of place, overwhelmed, or simply… confused.

With a recognizable style made of bold black lines, minimalist characters, and settings full of strange creatures and talking objects, BBQUEEN tells daily chaos with irony and poetry.
Confused Cat does not speak, but communicates with the gaze: it watches us as we navigate the absurdity of modern life, making us feel less alone in our confusion.
