Lithograph on wove paper.
L'Estampe Moderne's blind stamp on the bottom right corner.
Dimensions:
+Size of the sheet : approximately 40,5 x 30,7 cm / 15,9 x 12 in.
+Size of the image : 34 x 25 cm / 13,3 x 9,8 in.
Condition: In good condition, with soft handling creases and minor stains at the edges. A minor part missing upper right corner and minor folds lower left corner. Image very clean otherwise, with bright and vivid colors. Not framed.
Published by Masson & Piazza, Paris.
Not unlike the Maitre de L'Affiche series, L'Estampe Moderne was a portfolio printed between 1897-98, published by Imprimerie Champenois, Paris, contained 24 monthly portfolios, with four original lithographs in each. Each was commissioned only for this series.
As well as Mucha, some of the contributing artists included Rhead, Meunier, Ibels, Steinlen, Willette and Grasset.

Since 2001, Nouvelle Compagnie des Arts Graphiques, is an online gallery, specializing in modern and contemporary original prints and works on paper.
The gallery was founded by Benjamin Sznaper in 2001 and was one of the first Parisian online galleries at this time.
It has since grown to hold a selective inventory of some of the most important original prints and works on paper by the leading artists of the 19th and 20th Centuries.
These include Andy Warhol, Alphonse Mucha, Joan Miro, Henry de Toulouse Lautrec, Roy Lichtenstein, Keith Haring, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, and more.
