The right location & care tips

To ensure that your ‘Vogelvilla’ is quickly occupied, the right location is decisive.
Placement: Hang or mount the birdhouse at a height of 2 to 3 meters in a quiet place protected from wind, rain and the bright midday sun (for example on a tree trunk or a wall of a house). The entry hole should preferably face east or southeast.
Care: To preserve the natural beauty of the wood, you can treat it once a year from the outside with a harmless linseed oil or an environmentally friendly wood stain. It is recommended to clean the nesting box in late autumn, after the breeding season, with clear water and a brush.
