This evocative artwork captures two young girls sitting on sunlit rocks, gazing out towards a serene, azure sea. Their white dresses contrast vibrantly with the vivid blues and greens of the ocean, creating a striking harmony of colors. The older girl's hair cascades freely while the younger wears a sunhat, enhancing the idyllic, carefree scene. Waves gently lap against the rocks, and a solitary sailboat glides in the distance, emphasizing a sense of tranquility and endless possibility. The composition adeptly balances detail and simplicity, inviting viewers to partake in a moment of reflection and serene beauty. This piece skillfully conveys nostalgia and the simple joys of childhood by the sea. The brushwork captures the shimmering quality of sunlight on water, highlighting the artist's technical prowess and deep appreciation for natural beauty.
Her current work is a balance between impressionism and realism, which shift between and create a layered world of captured moments. Anna finds inspiration in every moment of life and trying to show that each moment deserve to be shown and has its own unrepeatable beauty.
