BLACH (Maxime Blachere) - Full moon Pool Party

Full Moon Pool Party is one of the standout works of BLACH's 2026 production. The piece offers a quirky, futuristic vision of the Moon, imagined as a territory colonized by popular culture and graffiti in the near future — perhaps in 2100, perhaps in 3000.

At the center of the composition appears an astronaut transformed into an urban character, covered in tags, stickers and graphic signs. Around him, the lunar landscape becomes an improbable playground: fast food, abandoned objects, an inflatable pool and customized vehicles covered in graffiti. The scene mixes humor, gentle critique of consumer society and science-fiction imagination.

BLACH's work rests on a hybrid process: the initial image is generated by artificial intelligence, then printed and entirely reworked by hand by the artist. He then adds acrylic markers, pastels and various graffiti gestures, before sealing the whole with an aerosol fixative and varnish. Each piece thus becomes a unique work, located between photography, painting and street art.

With its color-saturated aesthetics, its multiple visual references and its permanent irony, Full Moon Pool Party sits squarely within BLACH's artistic universe: a blend of pop culture, street art and a forward-looking vision of the world.
