Through this canvas, I aimed to capture the duality between the unfathomable depth of black and the vibrant warmth of ochre. Each brushstroke of acrylic expresses a tension between darkness and light, creating an atmosphere that is at once mysterious and energizing.

Hervé Souffi is a French artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationwide, as well as in the United States, Belgium, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom and Germany. His first encounter with art left him with a sense of freedom and the awareness of unlimited expression through colors and abstract forms. Souffi leaves nothing out in his statements; on the contrary, interpretation can be grandiose. Everything is permitted in his art, “to each his feeling, his impression and his pleasure.”
