Offered is a vintage Heuer “Season” chronograph, an authentic pre-TAG Heuer piece produced between the late 1960s and early 1970s. This model was originally destined for the Latin American market, making it an uncommon variant and especially prized by collectors.
The watch features an original cream-toned bi-compax dial with burgundy subdials, a very attractive color combination representative of the era. The dial shows natural, uniform patina, with no signs of re-dialing, preserving its full authenticity. The inscription “Season” reinforces the historical character and uniqueness of this reference within the Heuer catalog.
The stainless steel case retains the wear typical of an authentic vintage watch, with marks and signs of use consistent with its age, without aggressive restorations. A particularly notable element is that the watch retains its original Bakelite back (period synthetic material) used by Heuer on certain sports chronographs for lightness and thermal insulation.
