Born in 1978 in central France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual pursuit evolved into a passion that was to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the détournement of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through the bold staging of icons of popular consumption, which he makes collide with the world of luxury and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, mixing painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All potential flaws or imperfections (recycled extinguisher) are an integral part of the work.
Empty extinguisher. (Obviously, it is forbidden to sell a full extinguisher whose safety labels and/or the pin are missing)
