Mc RedBull Cone by XTC.
An addiction is worth another?
Misappropriation of a McDonald’s cone. This is not a cardboard McDonald’s cone; everything was created from plastic materials and the logo painted by XTC (no stickers). The glass cloche is an integral part of the artwork.
Signed and numbered 15/?, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
(The copy sent is not necessarily the one in the photo)
Careful shipping and tracking.
Born in 1978 in central France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has become a passion that needed to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the détournement of contemporary mass-produced goods.
His creativity is expressed through bold staging of icons of popular consumption, which he makes collide with the world of luxury and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All potential defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
