Description from the seller
"Blue Memory"
The painting is executed on raw, natural canvas. A complex field of tension of robust, glossy gentian blue unfolds in dynamic lines and patterns, partly deliberately placed, partly left to chance, and invites the viewer on an associative journey into their own memory and imagination.
The application of color creates visible textures and haptic nuances that make the surface even more vivid and unique, like a visual trace of memory...

Rolled: 113cm x 113cm

About the artist:
Natalie Ulmann (1980) is a freelance artist from Germany. She creates conceptual works as well as visual art in acrylic and mixed-media techniques. Particularly fascinated by the harmony between tactile structures and colors, she experimentally uses various materials to achieve striking effects and to invite the viewer into a deeper engagement with her works.
For Natalie, art is not only a visual experience but a means to enable a deeper connection with the viewer. The philosophical message behind her works invites reflection and asks the viewer to pierce the surface and dive into the depth of meaning.
Her works are in numerous international private collections and have gained wide recognition worldwide.
