The first image represents the transition of the artwork from the exterior wall to the interior space of buildings. What is born on the street, in the urban and public context, is transferred inside to buildings, houses, or museums, completely changing the environment and meaning. In this case, a section of wall deemed most interesting is selected and cut, the one on which the street artist had carried out the external intervention. The fragment is then detached from its original street context and transformed into an autonomous object. Once cut, this piece of wall can be moved and placed inside: in homes, palaces, museums, or other buildings. In this way the artwork changes its environment and function, moving from the public and everyday space of the street to a private or institutional space, where it is preserved and displayed as a true artistic object. All of this represents a kind of imagined reconstruction by the artist, reflecting on the process of moving the work from the urban context to the domestic or museum setting.

The natural imperfections, marks, and dents in the materials are not defects, but an integral part of the work: they bear witness to its urban life and reinforce the distinctive identity of true Street Art.
