Description from the seller
Information about the artist
It's never too late to start and develop a latent activity or hobby in a person. In my case, since childhood I have been intrigued by painting. An aunt on my mother's side, also fond of art, would take me from an early age to visit exhibitions, and thus I became involved in this discipline. Nevertheless, due to various circumstances, it was not possible to focus my studies and vocation toward painting. So all that little I did up to 2009 I did intuitively, self-taught, and by reading numerous books on painting.
Since retiring in December 2009 I have belonged to the Cultural Association of Fine Arts and Craftsmanship of Castellón, whose teachers have taught and guided me to paint in different techniques, to which I have incorporated my personal vision of color as a central element in my realistic, impressionist, and figurative works. Since 2010 I have participated in various group exhibitions.
