Behzad Mojarad Bigdeli, known by the artist name "BarBeni", was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran. He completed studies in architecture and subsequently earned a two-year degree in sculpture at the University of Tehran.

A self-taught draftsman, he has produced several exhibitions on themes such as freedom, human rights and nature, winning numerous awards in the field of cartooning and caricature.

For almost three years he has lived in Germany, where he has participated in several group exhibitions in Oldenburg and Hamburg.

During this period, many of his paintings have been sold on reliable platforms.

He is very passionate about sharing his experiences and skills with the younger generation.
