Porcelain Capodimonte jewelry/bonbonnière box, putto in relief, Italy, 20th century.

Charming oval white porcelain box decorated in the style of the famous Italian Capodimonte manufactory. The lid features an elegant putto (cherub) in relief, delicately modeled, seated and draped in gold fabric.

The decoration presents rich cobalt blue friezes enhanced with gilding, as well as delicate polychrome floral motifs on the lid. The whole rests on a gilded brass metal mount with a hinge allowing the box to open.

The bottom bears the blue crown mark surmounting the letter "N", a signature typical of Capodimonte-style productions.

A refined decorative object that can serve as a bonbonnière, jewelry box, or pill box.
Very beautiful decorative piece in the style of Naples porcelain.
